For Standard Bookings (less than 6 days days) at Grand Hotel Kalgoorlie if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:
- Up to 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancellation fee will be applied and you will receive a full refund of monies paid.
- Within 7 days but up to 12 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a $30 cancellation fee for each room will be deducted from monies paid
- Within 12 hours of your scheduled check-in time: no refund of monies paid but this is at the owners discretion.
For Peak Season Bookings at GHK if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each room you have booked:
- Up to 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancellation fee will be applied and you will receive a full refund of monies paid.
- Within 14 days but up to 2 days of your scheduled check-in time: a 50% cancellation fee for each room will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.
- Within 2 days of your scheduled check-in time: no refund of monies paid, for long term bookings that are terminated early during the stay the fully amount of money for the planned duration will be charged as the rooms are booked out for the period.
